Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that links movement with breath in a creative sequence of postures. Often described as a "moving meditation," this practice will have you smoothly transitioning from one pose to the next, guided by the rhythm of your inhales and exhales. Each class offers a unique sequence, designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility in the body, while calming and focusing the mind. Expect a playful and invigorating experience that leaves you feeling energized and centered.
Hatha Yoga

Rooted in ancient tradition, Hatha Yoga is the foundation of many modern yoga styles. The term "Hatha" represents the balance of opposing energies: "ha" for the sun and "tha" for the moon. In my Hatha classes, you can expect a slower-paced practice that focuses on classic yoga postures with an emphasis on proper alignment and mindful breathing. This style is perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of fundamental yoga poses, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
Yin Yoga

Discover a quiet and contemplative practice in our Yin Yoga classes. This slow-paced, meditative style targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments and fascia, through long-held passive poses. Postures are typically held for three to five minutes or longer, allowing for a deeper release and increased flexibility. Yin Yoga is a wonderful complement to more active yoga styles and offers a profound opportunity to turn inward, practice mindfulness, and restore both body and mind.
