1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Sarah Mai (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") and the person using the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant"). They apply to all services offered, including but not limited to yoga classes, workshops, class passes, and online offerings. By booking a service, the Participant agrees to these T&Cs.
2. Services and Bookings
The Provider offers yoga classes, workshops, and other related services as described on the website https://www.sarahmai.yoga.
Bookings are either made via an online booking system on the website or email, app]. A booking is considered binding upon receipt of a booking confirmation and/or successful payment. The number of participants for classes is limited; places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). The prices published on the website at the time of booking are applicable.
Payment is due at the time of booking and can be made using the payment methods specified on the website or the respective confirmation email.
Class passes (e.g., 10-class passes) - if granted - are personal, non-transferable, and valid for the period indicated at the time of purchase. Unused classes will not be refunded.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Cancellation by the Participant

Regular Classes: Cancellations must be made via the booking system or email, app at least 72 hours before the class begins. If canceled in time, the class credit will be refunded. For late cancellations or no-shows, the class will be fully charged, and no refund will be issued.

Workshops & Events: The specific cancellation policy stated in the event description applies. Unless otherwise specified, cancellations are subject to a fee and may not be refundable if made close to the event date.
4.2. Cancellation by the Provider
The Provider reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness of the instructor). In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be fully refunded or credited for a future booking, at the Participant's choice.
5. Health and Personal Responsibility
Participation in the yoga classes is at the Participant's own risk. The Participant confirms that they are in good physical and mental health to participate in yoga activities.
The Participant is obliged to inform the instructor of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or limitations (including pregnancy) before the class begins. The instructions given by the instructor are suggestions, which the Participant may follow at their own discretion and responsibility.
The Provider disclaims any liability for injuries or damages that occur during participation in the classes, to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Liability for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Provider remains unaffected. Liability for any partner companies or assistants is excluded.
6. Schedule Changes
The Provider reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, location, or instructors at any time. Such changes will be communicated on the website and do not entitle participants to a refund.
7. Data Protection

8. Final Provisions
8.1. Applicable Law
These T&Cs and any legal relationship arising from them are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
8.2. Place of Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this contract is Zürich, Switzerland.
8.3. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
